My name is Xavi Corominas.

Cooking has always been a part of my life. I can’t remember my childhood without the memory of a special taste, a dish on the table, or a delicious smell every time I walked into my grandparents ’house.

 

I studied to professionalize my passion: Cooking!

Through out my years of experience in the kitchens of restaurants, hotels, caterings businesses and as a gastronomic consultant for companies in the sector, I have been able to gain skills and knowledge about different culinary styles until I have found my own. 

 

Authentic locally sourced cuisine, where territory and culture merge through a unique gastronomic experience.

 

I consider myself an honest, enthusiastic and professional person. I work only with fresh and unique products offered by farmers, local producers and suppliers in l'Empordà.
